就是次網絡安全事件，可能受影響的個人資料內容包括姓名、電話號碼、電郵地址、地址等。然而，目前沒有證據顯示相關資料已被盜用。

為了保障個人資訊安全，我們建議客戶提高警惕，可採取不同措施保障個人資料私隱，包括留意個人電郵或帳戶有沒有不尋常的登入記錄，以確定是否有任何未經授權的活動；收到不明來歷或可疑的來電、短訊或電郵時要提高警覺，切勿隨意打開附件、連結或披露個人資料等；以及對網絡釣魚及其他詐騙行為提高警覺。

PanaClub系統目前已暫停服務，由於系統不在運作，會員無需重設其PanaClub登入資料，及對其帳戶存取權限作進一步行動。

信興集團強烈譴責任何形式的網絡犯罪行為，並全力配合執法部門的工作。為保障客戶資料安全及確保服務不受影響，本集團已採取多項應對及修復工作，全面提升網絡防禦機制，以杜絕同類事件再次發生。

Latest Update on Shun Hing Group Cybersecurity Incident

Following the recent cybersecurity incident, data potentially involved includes names, phone numbers, email addresses, and billing or mailing addresses, etc. However, we have no evidence at this time to suggest that any of these data have been misused.

To help protect the personal data, it is important for concerned parties to take various precautions to strengthen security. It is advised to regularly monitor the email or account activity for any unusual login attempts, ensuring that unauthorized access is detected quickly. Please remain cautious of unsolicited or suspicious calls, text messages, or emails. Avoid clicking on unknown links, opening questionable attachments, or sharing personal information and stay vigilant against phishing attacks and other fraudulent activities.

Please be informed that the PanaClub system has been suspended. As the system is not in operation, there is no need for members to reset their PanaClub login credentials or take any further action regarding their account access.
