On 8th August, 2012, Mr Mark Lawrence, Managing Director of Kuppersbusch Corporation Ltd, Germany, Mr. Werner Hans Lauk, the Consul General of the Federal Republic of Germany in Hong Kong and Mr. David Mong, Vice Chairman of Shun Hing Group officiated at the ribbon cutting ceremony at the Kuppersbusch flagship store in Happy Valley, Hong Kong. The ceremony was meaningful and impressive. Mr. Mark Lawrence and Mr. David Mong showed their talent in cooking by demonstrating how to bake a cake using the Küppersbusch oven, which became the highlight of the day.
